You're Not the Only One This Happened To

Most workers who reach out to us weren't sure they had a case. They just knew something felt wrong, a paycheck that didn't add up, a break they never got, a charge they never agreed to. That's normal. Most people who call weren't sure either.

Here's what a lot of people don't realize: if your employer or a company did this to you, chances are they did it to other people too. A class action isn't about one person suing. It's about proving a pattern. When enough people speak up, "just how the job is" becomes something a court can fix.

  • It costs you nothing to ask. We offer free case reviews, so there's no risk in finding out.

  • You're protected for coming forward. California law protects employees from retaliation for reporting wage violations.

  • You might not be alone. If this happened to you, it may have happened to your coworkers too, and that's exactly what makes a case stronger.

Violations are common, Reporting isn't.

Nine in ten workers experienced at least one violation. Less than a quarter said anything to anyone. Only two percent ever reported it to the state. Read the full study
